  How will I receive my payment?

Payments will be made directly to your registered bank account through online transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) after successful completion of services, as per the agreed payment terms.
In some cases, UPI payments may also be used for faster settlement.

 

  How do I upload products?

Log in to your vendor account, click Add Product, fill in the details, upload images, and submit for approval.

  How do I update or extend my availabilities?

Vendors can manage their availability by accessing the Availability Management section in the dashboard, where dates and schedules can be updated or extended in real time.

  How do I increase conversion rate?

To increase your conversion rate, make sure your listing has high-quality photos, clear and detailed descriptions, competitive pricing, and up-to-date availability. Respond quickly to customer messages, maintain good ratings and reviews, and offer special deals or discounts when possible.
